A good fitness level is required for walking and swimming, and the ability to cut mosaic tiles

I do not own a car any longer. We use our comfortable public transport and discover the area mainly on foot

I have 3 friendly cats who roam freely but are not allowed in the guest rooms

I can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, lactose intolerant and gluten-free diets but NOT vegan, diabetic or severe allergies (eg. nuts)

Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas
